Digital Health Governance Readiness Review
Overview
An independent desktop review of your governance posture against DHSCA’s Digital Health Governance Readiness Framework. The review produces a formal Governance Readiness Report (GRR) for submission to your board and audit committee.
We assess documented evidence across six governance domains and report what’s present, what’s absent and how your current posture would perform against upcoming safety and quality standards. The report is written to be tabled to the board and your audit and risk committee.
The engagement lasts approximately three to four weeks, depending on service size and complexity, and conducted in a desktop format to ensure minimal demand on your team beyond the evidence submission.
Who it's for, what you get
-
Organisations preparing for accreditation, boards seeking independent documentation, executives building a digital health governance baseline.
-
We issue a structured evidence schedule at kick-off and provide secure document exchange.
-
Your team submits against the checklist and our assessment pod reviews, seeks clarification where needed, and passes the draft through an internal QA gate before anything is issued.
-
The Governance Readiness Report contains:
-
Executive summary of readiness across all six domains
-
Domain-level findings with supporting evidence assessment
-
Identification of governance gaps
-
Alignment against upcoming accreditation standards, showing how your current posture would perform
